Why is the Friends & Family Pack shown as out of stock?
Friends & Family Packs are only available to purchase when our limited stock, cookie releases are announced. When they sell out they are gone until the next drop.
How do I snag a Friends & Family Pack through a drop?
We sell our Packs from our website through live drops. Drops are typically on Thursday evenings, but not always. We communicate the date and time of our live drops through email and on our instagram page. When cookie Packs go live on our website, they are first come, first serve, and are available until sold out.
Where can I get updates about new restocks?

Are your cookies gluten-free or vegan?
Not currently.
Can I choose my flavors?
Our Friends & Family Pack comes as is, which includes 10 classic flavors and 2 rotating flavors. We do not offer custom packs at the moment. See current flavors here.
I have a food allergy, can I still eat your cookies?
We bake all of our cookies in an open kitchen on shared equipment that handles wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. While we do our best to prevent cross contamination, we cannot completely eliminate the risk. If you or the recipient has a severe allergy we recommend consulting with your doctor for further guidance before consuming.
Can I reheat your cookies?
Absolutely! We highly recommend reheating our cookies for about 15 seconds in the microwave or 3-5 minutes at 350 degrees in the oven in order to experience that perfect gooey stuffing! However, we do not recommend heating cookies containing cereal or chips in them because these ingredients are sensitive to heating.
Cookie Care
To ensure the quality and freshness of our cookies during transit, each cookie is individually packaged and sealed, placed in our branded, corrugated box and placed in a shipping box.
For lasting freshness, we recommend enjoying our cookies within 5 days upon arrival.
If you are unable to enjoy the cookies immediately, or if you would like to prolong their freshness, freeze them upon arrival for up to 3 months.
To enjoy cookies from the freezer, please allow 30 minutes for the cookies to thaw, or reheat them in the microwave.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our cookies, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@grailedtreats.com within 24 hours of receiving your cookies, and provide a photo and description of the issue. We will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction.
Claims sent after the 24-hour window or without proper documentation will not be eligible for a reship or refund.
Shipping Policy
We ship our cookies domestically within the U.S. using FedEx. Please note that FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Orders are processed on Mondays, and we ship out orders the next day on Tuesday.
Shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries due to incorrect addresses. FedEx may require a signature for delivery.
